Judy Conrad


Judith Lee Conrad, 74, of Stuttgart, widow of John T. Conrad, passed away Friday, March 26, 2021, at Crestpark-DeWitt.

Judy was born July 27, 1946, to James “Jim” Sr. and Adelaide “Dinty” Ellis in Beaver Falls, Penn., who preceded her in death. Following high school graduation, she enrolled in cosmetology school and was a beautician for over 50 years. She was a member of First United Methodist Church where she and her husband were actively involved in the church’s choir and handbell choir.

Survivors are her children, Carl Borchert and wife Monica and Kim Self and husband Jim of Stuttgart and Tracy Conrad-Toney of Benton; brother, Jim Ellis and wife Sharon of Elkmont, Ala.; seven grandchildren, Trent (Meg) McCarley, Zack (Alyssa) McCarley, Taylor (Brandon) Jenkins, Ashten Richenback, Tyler Toney, Marrissa Harris and Clayton Johnson; and three great-grandchildren, Aiden Gordon, Kase Jenkins and Alexandria Harris.

Funeral services, officiated by Rev. Bryan Fink, are 2 p.m. Tuesday at First United Methodist Church with burial following in Lone Tree Cemetery.

Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Monday at Turpin Funeral Home.
