I will always be grateful that Leon drove Dad to Wisconsin for the one & only time he ever came to visit me. That was Leon, there to help, with kindness & gentle humor. Peace to the family of this "Southern Gentleman".

I have lots of great memories from those Florida beach trips that your Dad was so kind to take me along on. I don't know how he tolerated us girls with the constant giggling and chatter all of those hours in a car, but he was very patient. Those were great times with lots of laughter that I will never forget.
Name: Brian Nielsen E-mail: boardfeet@hotmail.com Date posted: December 07, 2011 - 07:00 pm Message: My sincerest condolences to the family of Bro. Leon at this, their time of sorrow.
I met Bro. Leon several years ago as I visited Euclid Lodge and found him to be a great source of knowledge and inspiration. Though there have many reasons why I have been unable to visit with him again, I have thought of him many times over the years since.
Though I knew this day would come, I still dreaded its arrival. It is worse knowing that I won't be able to attend Thursday's memorial service and render Masonic funeral honors for him. I will always commend his spirit to God, who gave it, and cherish the memory of a good and great man and Brother.
Fraternally, Brian Nielsen PM Branchville Lodge #256 Star City, AR
