Sandra Rose Brasko of Stuttgart passed away Monday, November 21,
2016, at 9:25 a.m. in her family’s home at the age of 51.
Sandra was born October 5, 1965, in Stuttgart to George and
Aileen Ronner Brasko. Sandra’s childhood and teen years were
happy ones, but not without struggle. As a toddler Sandra
overcame childhood leukemia, and as a teen she survived a brain
aneurysm that left her partially paralyzed. But Sandra
persevered through her handicap. She relearned how to walk and
do many of the activities she loved like horseback riding and
drawing. She graduated DeVall’s Bluff High School class of 1984
and later worked at the Stuttgart Job Center.
Sandra is survived by her mother and father, George and Aileen
Brasko; sisters, Linda Hall and Mary Anne (Bill) Morrow;
brother, Eddie (Perryne) Brasko; niece, Maryrose Hall (David
Lins); nephew, Daniel Hall; uncle, William (Paula) Brasko; and
her long-time caregiver of 10 years, Mae Jane Addison.
She was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Pauline Earlywine
and Jane C. Ronner; aunt, Pat Brasko; and brother-in-law, Danny

of loving service to Sandra’s daily care, and Baptist Health
Hospice for their assistance.
Sandra’s funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, November 23, at
2:00 p.m. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Stuttgart. The
rosary will be said at 1:30 p.m. just before Mass. All are
