Brenda Persons

Brenda Persons, 76, of Pine Bluff passed away Saturday, Dec. 24, 2022, at her home.

Mrs. Persons was born May 29, 1946, in DeValls Bluff to J.B. and Tessie Tipton. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Johnny Dwayne Tipton; and son-in-law, Bruce Madsen.

Survivors are her husband of 60 years, Donald Persons, two daughters, Penny Lloyd of Redfield and Leslie Madsen of Humphrey; brother, James LaVoy “Jug” (Corman) Tipton of DeValls Bluff; sister, Myra Jean “Marty” (Robert) Tucek of Stuttgart; four grandchildren, Eric (Kristie) Lloyd of Springhill, Tenn., Lee (Tera) Lloyd of White Hall; Spencer (Erika) Madsen of Carlisle and Tessie (Beau) Lott of Tollville; and seven great-grandchildren, Libby, Jack and Luke Lloyd, Enzo Silva, Raylan Madsen and Ben and Ruby Lott.

Funeral services are 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28, at Turpin Funeral Home chapel with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Williams Cemetery.

The family requests memorials to Easter Seals-Stuttgart or St. Jude’s Hospital.
