Charles Larry Almond

Charles Larry Almond, 84, of Stuttgart passed away Sunday, May 19, 2024, at his home.

Larry was born June 18, 1939, in Stuttgart to Charles Wesley and Callie Marie Almond who preceded him in death. He was a graduate of Stuttgart High School and was employed for over 50 years at Riceland retired as parboil shipping supervisor. He enjoyed flea markets and estate sales and loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. He was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church.

Survivors are his wife of 63 years, Donna Almond; two daughters, Terri Bell and Amy Sanders (Jimmy); and four grandchildren, Stephanie Bell, Michael Bell, Blake Sanders (Shea) and Heath Sanders.

Graveside services, officiated by Pastor Don White, 10 a.m. Thursday at Lone Tree Cemetery by Turpin Funeral Home.
