Connie Louise Hooker

Connie Louise Hooker, 92, of Stuttgart passed away Sunday, April 23, 2023, at her home.

Mrs. Hooker was born July 17, 1930, in Hagler, Ark., to Clarence and Bessie Hildebrand. She was retired as a secretary from the Area Agency of Aging, was a member of VFW Auxiliary and a Baptist. She loved camping and fishing with her husband at Horn Lake.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Gary Lynn Browder; and two sisters, Imogene Severe and Joan Dent.

Survivors are her husband of 50 years, Herman Hooker; two sons, Lawrence Keith “Larry” Browder of Crossett and Ronnie Gene Browder of Raymond Ohio; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Visitation is 12:30-1:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 26, at Turpin Funeral Home with a graveside service following at 2 p.m. at Lone Tree Cemetery chapel.
