Dianne Kay Chlapecka

Dianne Kay Chlapecka, 78, of Stuttgart, widow of Charles Chlapecka, passed away Monday, Nov. 20, 2023, at her home.

Dianne was born Dec. 11, 1944, in Stuttgart to John and Edna Smith. She was a homemaker and member of St. John’s Lutheran Church.

Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Smith; and son-in-law, Pat Dudeck.

Survivors are her children, John Chlapecka and wife Jamie of Stuttgart and Kerri Dudeck of Heber Springs; brother, Donnie Ray Smith and wife Sammy of Franklin, Tenn.; sister, Betty Buell of Bryant; grandchildren, Lauren, Seth and Rowen Dudeck, Jacob (Morgan) Tipton, Josh Hambrick and Landon and Ava Chlapecka; and one great-grandchild, Jacey Tipton.

A memorial service, officiated by Pastor Ray Vester, will be 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 1, at Ulm Cemetery Chapel.
