Donald "Hot" Johnson

Ollie Donald (Hot) Johnson of Stuttgart, Ark., went to his duck hole in heaven on April 24, 2024.

Don (Hot) was born Oct. 16, 1941, in Humphrey to Ollie D. and Edith Mae Johnson. Hot was known for his love of duck hunting and love sharing in this passion, where he made many friends.

He was preceded in death, his loving wife Margie L. Johnson and daughter, Kimberly Ann (Johnson) Moorehead.

Donald is survived by his two sons, Kenneth Johnson of Stafford, VA., and Gary (Cathy) Johnson of Westminster, MD; son-in-law, Scott Moorehead of Roe; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Donald battled cancer for many years. He would like to thank all the healthcare professionals that kept him moving.

Funeral services, officiated by Bro. Guy Looper, at 10 a.m. Saturday at Turpin Funeral Home with burial in Lone Tree Cemetery.

Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Friday at Turpin Funeral Home.
