Lela Darlene Burlison

Lela Darlene Burlison, 90, of Stuttgart, widow of Raymond Burlison, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 7, 2024, at Crestpark of Stuttgart.

Mrs. Burlison was born Feb. 6, 1934, near Arkansas Post, Ark., to Frank and Ethel Ayers Wolfe. Following her retirement from Riceland as a grader operator, she also worked several years for Wal-Mart. She had a love for the Lord and all churches with an affiliation with Jesus Christ.

Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by son, Mickey Burlison; daughter, Karen Burlison; grandchildren, Kyle and Ashley Burlison; great-grandchildren, Courtney Burlison and Dylan Kinder; six sisters, and two brothers.

Survivors are sons, Wayne (Connie) Burlison and Kenny (Constance) Burlison, all of Humphrey; daughter, Patricia (Philip) Kinder of Stuttgart; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation is 9 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 10, at Turpin Funeral Home with funeral services, officiated by Rev. Thomas Bormann, following at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Flynn Cemetery.
