Mary Seidenschwarz

Mary Elizabeth Seidenschwarz, 79, of Stuttgart, widow of Charles Seidenschwarz, passed away Thursday, Aug. 24, 2023, at Chambers Nursing and Rehab in Carlisle.

She was born Sept. 24, 1943, in Humphrey to Clarence and Meater Frizzell Nelson. She was a graduate of Humphrey High School and was a longtime bookkeeper for Bogard and them Billy Cotton. She was a member of Emanuel Lutheran Church.

Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Joel Nelson.

Survivors are one son, Curtis Seidenschwarz (Kimberly) of Stuttgart; a sister, Carol Barber of Humphrey; two grandsons, Clay Seidenschwarz and Cameron Seidenschwarz; and two bonus grandsons, Colton Yarbrough and Creed Yarbrough.

A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 2, at Emanuel Lutheran Church.
