Paul Robert Lisko

Paul Robert Lisko, 92, of Humphrey passed away Monday, Sept. 4, 2023, at his home.

Mr. Lisko was born June 6, 1931, in Slovak to George and Louise Newman Lisko. He was a 1948 graduate of Subiaco Academy and a lifelong farmer. He was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by three children, Robert Lisko, Kathleen Elam and Michael Lisko; grandson, Alec Lisko; and siblings, William Lisko, Katherine Plafcan and Johnny Lisko.

Survivors are his wife of 67 years, Betty Lisko; grandchildren, Natalie Scharf of Woodlawn, Whitney White of Humphrey and Kimberly Schimmel of Stuttgart; great-grandchildren, Molly, Effie and Paisley Scharf, Ridge and Kenlee White, Ella Jackson and Maverick Schimmel; and siblings, Edward Joe Lisko of Slovak, Marie Hargis of Hensley, Ark., Helen Henry of Mountain Iron, Minn., Betty Masingale of Paragould, Ark., and Tommy Lisko of Harrisburg, Ark.

Visitation is 9:30-10:30 a.m. Thursday at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church followed by a Rosary at 10:30 a.m. and Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Sts. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Cemetery by Turpin Funeral Home of Stuttgart.
