Ted Thaxton Campbell

Ted Thaxton Campbell, 86, of Stuttgart passed away Monday, Aug. 7, 2023, at UAMS in Little Rock.

Mr. Campbell was born Dec. 19, 1936, in Memphis, Tenn., to James W. Campbell and Vivian Thaxton Campbell. He was a member of Grand Avenue Methodist Church and Stuttgart Rotary Club. Before retirement, he was Library Director at Stuttgart Public Library.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Audrey; and one brother, Jim W. Campbell.

Survivors are his daughter, Caroline Wright and her husband Casey of Benton; and one grandson, Kelsey Wright.

Funeral services, officiated by Rev. Taylor Loy, are 10 a.m. Saturday at Turpin Funeral Home chapel with burial following in Lone Tree Cemetery,

Visitation is 5-7 p.m. Friday at Turpin Funeral Home.
